Warmup and exercise

No warm-ups, nothing.
Warming up before weight lifting is necessary and should be a must.
What warm-up exercises do is not only to help blood flow and oxygen to the muscles in preparation for the hefty lifting, but they also lubricate the joints, helping you prevent injuries.
The reason why you might be having severe joint pains after every workout might just be because you don't warm up.
These warm-up exercises can be slight jogging, skipping, or cycling. Even if it is for 5 to 10 minutes, just do it.
